Leslie brings considerable experience (over 15 years) working in strategic enterprise challenges, marketing and innovation initiatives and leadership development. She has worked with well-known Fortune 1000 consumer goods, financial products, national restaurant and, manufacturing organizations as well as educational institutions. Before founding Idea Resources, she worked for The Leo Burnett Company, and J.Walter Thompson in Client Service.

Leslie has taught as an adjunct professor at Northwestern University where she received both her Masters Degrees…one in Learning and Organizational Change and another in Advertising, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in American Studies from Northwestern University. She currently serves on the USC Dornsife Board of Councilors and having previously served Northwestern University as a Trustee, President of the Northwestern Club of Chicago and Alumni Board member.

She does Pro Bono work for Starlight Children's Foundation, Children’s Memorial Hospital and Much Love Animal Rescue.
